Now it is 01:15 and Valentines’ Day comes. I can not remember when people did celebrated this western festival . It seems a essential festival for lovers and almost can be comparable to Spring Festival for some young generation.
I found that some people began to prepare and plan for this day when February was only just coming. Just like she/he kept on thinking of that which gift he/she should buy. Particularly some shops have done sales promotions nearly one month before .The chocolates and flowers are especially well sold before or during that period of time .The most unbelievable and unacceptable things for me is that the price for such things will be several times expensive than that in normal time.
In my opinion this festival are mostly guided by traders instead of ourselves. We blindly followed traders’ Big Hooha without thinking. Valentine's Day is indeed a day to sing the praises of love but I do not think it will be like this .Love is a deep emotion instead of chocolate and flowers .To love is to give and sacrifice no matter to your sweetheart or your relatives. I hope we could be more rational when facing this kind of festival .
